Meet Don Munro the DJ




  • Don founded Colors of Sound in 1995, when DJing a friends low budget wedding. Don always has had an addition to high quality sound and sound systems so he was well equipped by having a sound system that would support a crowd. At first, it seemed that a sound system was all that was needed to DJ. It became clear that a DJ service required personality and Don had natural talent to get the crowd involved so they have a good time. When DJing the wedding reception, people were having a great time and started asking for business cards. Within a few weeks, Colors of Sound was formed.
  • Through the years, Colors of Sound has expanded the equipment and Don has furthered his skills to lead a party by years of experience and training.
  • Don is active in his church (Bristol), enjoys being a husband and a Dad to 3 kids. These are the main priorities in his life.
  • Hobbies include Waterskiing (sponsored by The Edge, a Promo for Malibu Boats, and Colors of Sound), Snowmobiling with Airline Snowmobile Club, Snowskiing at Swiss Valley, and Auto Racing at M-40 Speedway
